All the recipes found here come from our Nutritional Advisor Cookbook. This is a special cooking guide to help you stabilize your metabolism, lose weight slowly, maintain it safely and permanently, digest your foods easier and better, improve your absorption capacity, and manage a large array of health conditions.

What you need:
1 pound/450g of mixed greens (lettuce, endive, chicory, batavia spinach leaves, watercress)
1 shallot, chopped finely
1 teaspoon each of various herbs (chopped chervil, basil, tarragon and mint), chopped
1 small stalk celery, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds or celery seeds
1/2 cup Nonfat Italian Dressing
How to make it:
1. Wash and trim lettuce and other greens.
2. Dice celery and green pepper.
3. Place greens in salad bowl and sprinkle the shallots, celery, pepper and seeds.
4. Mix ingredients for dressing together and toss.
